When placing an order please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are referring to the time it will take once your happy mail has been shipped, not from the moment you place your order. Occasionally there can be longer processing times (the time it takes us to make and pack your items before we ship them), especially after new release days or during large events and sales. We always aim to have your orders shipped as quickly as possible, but if your order isn't dispatched straight away definitely don't stress! We promise we are working as fast as we can and we appreciate your patience during these times.
All of our domestic orders within Australia are shipped through Australia Post and all estimates are based on their quoted shipping times. Please note that Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday and their estimates are based on business days only.
Our standard letter service is our basic untracked option (for flat items such as stickers, postcards, etc.) that is shipped with a priority stamp and will typically take 2-14 business days to arrive for most areas. Some rural areas may take longer. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
Our Parcel Post service (for larger items such as washi, clips, pins, etc.) includes tracking and will take between 2-7 business days for most areas. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
Our Express Post service (for larger items such as washi, clips, pins, etc.) also includes tracking and will take between 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and 2-7 working days for all other areas.If you are unsure if you are a part of Australia Post's Express Post delivery network you can check through their website. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
All of our international orders are shipped through DHL Global Mail and delivery times will depend entirely on your country and the service you choose.
Our standard international letter service is our basic untracked option (for flat items such as stickers, postcards, etc). We are able to see where your letter is up until it leaves Australia and that is when the tracking is no longer active. This option is more likely to be held in customs than the tracked options are, but typically takes between 5-35 business days to arrive. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
Our tracked international and international parcel post services both include tracking (subject to the destination countries postal service and if it supports tracking). Once your parcel leaves Australia and arrives at the destination country you will need to put the tracking number into your local postal services website (USPS for example) to continue monitoring it's journey. This service generally takes between 2-30 business days, depending on the destination. Our tracked options mean we are able to see where your order is and you are covered if it goes missing. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
