Christmas Delays

Both domestic and international postal services are seeing significant delays. If you are ordering for Christmas we strongly recommend ordering before Friday the 19th of November for international and before Wednesday the 1st of December for domestic.

Please take into account processing times and shipping times when ordering this holiday season to avoid disappointment.

If you are worried about an item not arriving in time please pop us an email at info@foxandcactus.com and we can send you a printable certificate showing the item you are gifting as a placeholder. Christmas is a time for kindness and no one is going to be upset knowing a gift is on the way.

COVID-19 Delays

Unless there are active lockdowns in Queensland the Fox and Cactus team are working and shipping orders within our normal timeframe.

Once orders are picked up by our trusty couriers (Australia Post for domestic and DHL eCommerce for international) the delivery times are out of our hands and you may experience delays - particularly at peak postal times (October through December).

Australia Post is currently seeing quite a number of delays, particularly in VIC and NSW due to COVID-19 and shortages in staff. Express Post is also being impacted and no longer has a next day guarantee for most locations - however it is still the faster method when compared to parcel post and is still prioritised.

When will my order ship?

When placing an order please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are referring to the time it will take once your happy mail has been shipped, not from the moment you place your order. Occasionally there can be longer processing times (the time it takes us to make and pack your items before we ship them), especially after new release days or during large events and sales.

We always aim to have your orders shipped as quickly as possible, but if your order isn't dispatched straight away definitely don't stress! We promise we are working as fast as we can and we appreciate your patience during these times. If you would like to check in on the status of an order feel free to drop us an email with your full name and order number.

 

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO?

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and can be delivered to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

International orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes so we ask that you use an alternate address to avoid it being returned to us.

We often have errors returned with APO addresses so we please ask that you ship to an alternate address if possible - if this is not possible please contact us first so we can confirm your address.

Please note that Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday and their estimates are based on business days only.

Parcel Post - 2-14 business days*

Express Post - 2-7 business days*

 

International Shipping (DHL eCommerce):

 
All of our international orders are shipped through DHL Global Mail and delivery times will depend entirely on your country and the service you choose.

Tracked Parcel - 2-30 business days*

DHL eCommerce provides tracking subject to the destination countries postal service and if it supports tracking. Once your parcel is scanned into your country it will be trackable through your local postal service (USPS for example) - monitoring it through here can provide more detailed tracking updates.
