Unlimited quantities of all preorder products will be available from Aug 14 @ 9am AEST 'til Aug 21 @ noon AEST.
You can order non-preorder items with preorder items, but they will all ship together once preorders are ready.
Production & Shipping
Once the preorder ends we will order the goodies and manufacturing will begin! Yay!
Preorders will ship to you once we have received and quality checked all items - ETA 1-3 months depending on the product/s ordered.
Why a Preorder?
If you're an OG Fox and Cactus fan you'll know we don't usually do a preorder for Halloween... BUT THIS YEAR IS DIFFERENT! 😈 The timing of launching our brand new planner pouch lined up perfectly with our Halloween plans, so we thought why not go all in and do a big spooktactular Halloween preorder?
Running the pouches, washi tape, sticker envelopes, stamps, etc. as a preorder allows you to grab everything in one go and make sure you don't miss out on stock (nothing will sell out as it's unlimited for the entire preorder week - yay)!
How Long Will it Take? 👀
If you're new to preorders let me run you through the timeline process:
- Preorder Stage: The preorder itself runs for 1 week (Aug 14 - Aug 21). During this time I get the files ready for manufacturing so we can order as soon as the preorder closes on the 21st.
- Ordering Stage: Once the preorder closes I tally up all the items ordered, place the orders with my manufacturers, and pay them for the goodies.
- Manufacturing Stage: This is where the majority of the time is spent. Washi tapes typically take around 1 month to be produced, where as pouches are a more complicated process and should take between 1-1.5 months (depending how quickly I can approve the final samples).
- Quality Control: Once the products are ready they are shipped to us and we will check each item to make sure nothing faulty/seconds slips through when packing.
- Packing/Shipping Orders: Once all the items have been QC checked and approved we can begin packing and shipping the orders out to you! Depending on the amount of orders we receive we estimate packing will take us between 1-3 weeks.
The total timeline will vary depending on the products you order. ⏰ We predict orders with only washi tape/sticker envelopes/etc. will ship on or before October 2, and orders with pouches + anything else will ship between October 16-30. ⏰ Pouches have the longest production time from the preorder, but we will pack them as fast as our little hands will let us. 👻
Preorder FAQ
Can I order non-preorder items during preorder?
Yep, you sure can! Just keep in mind all items will ship together, so anything you order with preorder items will not ship until your preorder is ready.
How long will it take to get my preorder?
If you are ordering a pouch your timeline is 1-3 months (we are aiming for as close to 2 months as possible, but please be aware it can take up to 3 months).
If you are ordering washi tape or any other stationery items the timeline is 1-2 months.
What if I need to change my address?
If you are moving while the preorder is in production please leave a note when placing the order and pop us an email as soon as you know your new address. Absolutely no trouble at all to change the address for you before the order ships!
If you forget to leave a note just pop us an email as soon as you can and we will make a note to hold your order until you have given us your new address.
Can I modify/cancel my preorder?
If you need to cancel or modify your preorder before the preorder ends on August 21, please pop us an email ASAP.
After the preorder window has closed we will no longer be able to modify or cancel preorder items.
Will my preorder arrive for Halloween?
Your order may not arrive in time for Halloween if you are international. HOWEVER none of our preorder items are exclusively Halloween themed, we decided on a general spooky/witchy/goth theme and intend for it to be used all year round. 🖤
Will I pay extra tariffs for my order? (US only)
We include and take care of all tariffs in the price shown at checkout for US orders. If any tariffs change to be more expensive in the time between now and the shipping date we will honour the price paid and cover any excess fees. You will not pay any extra tariff fees after your order has been placed.
