In the past six months I've gone from not working out at all to working out consistently three times a week (yep, even over Christmas and New Year), and it's all thanks to my planner. 😌 Who would have thought that a little personal best sticker could motivate me to go from a couch potato to someone who actually has muscles?!

1. Personal Best Trophy Stickers
Probably pretty obvious, as I already mentioned how much I love these stickers above, BUT our personal best trophies are one of my fave stickers to use because it means I lifted a new personal best weight! Not only do they give you a sense of accomplishment when you stick them down, but they also make it easier to see when you hit PBs when you flip back through your planner.

2. Weight Lifting Squish Stickers
Because I'm trying to become a certified muscle mummy I am mostly doing weight training workouts, which means I need cute weight lifting stickers (duh). We have a few different options for weight lifting characters, but my personal fave is Squish because he's so tiny that I can stack him with the PB trophies in the little Hobonichi Weeks columns!

3. Walking Stickers
Walking counts as exercise, no matter how many gymbro internet experts try to tell you otherwise! 👀 Our Running Shoes, Treadmill Squish, and Walking Squish stickers are my go-to choices when I need to record a hot girl walk. I use the Treadmill Squish to mark when I use my walking pad, the Walking Squish when I walk outdoors, and the shoes when I have a walk-intensive work day!

4. Injured Cat Stickers
If you're hypermobile you'll know the struggles of getting injured from something as little as carrying a heavy bag for too long (RIP my shoulders), but when you have a cute sticker to mark your pain it's honestly a little bit less depressing.

5. Water Bottle Stickers
When did you drink water last? 👀 I have been aiming for 2L+ a day and these stickers look so cute in my planner to show when I actually reach my goal each week! They also work really well for tracking when you wash your water bottle. 😅

6. Fitness Kawaii Girl Stickers
Sometimes I don't want to use a Squish sticker (oh my god, what??) and these workout girls really just hit the spot for me. They are SO cute and I love that Poppy kind of looks like me hehe.

7. Weight Scale Squish Stickers
I don't always track my weight, but when I do I love using these stickers. I don't vibe with the idea of feeling bad over weight gain, so I love that they are all happy or at least neutral. Maybe one day I'll make an annoyed version so I can track when I have the super fun Luteal phase weight fluctuations. 🙄

8. Meal Prep Container Stickers
I don't meal prep anymore, but when I did I loved using these stickers to mark when I made the meals in my planner. Sometimes you just can't remember how many days it's been since you made that salad and that is what your planner is for, right? 😅 They also come in two versions, one with and one without text, so you can also use them for when you pack lunches. Cute!

9. Pole Dancing Stickers
My special interest sport is pole dancing so these are one of my fave stickers to use when I attend a class or watch a live event! 👀 Also Squish's face while doing a Superman is actually such a mood.

10. Yoga Squish Stickers
Last but absolutely not least are our Yoga Squish stickers! Perfect for marking when I go to yoga classes, do a morning workout, or have a chill deload week session. I love that there are a range of poses so it's not the same sticker every day I do yoga!
