Stickers are an essential part of every stationery lover's stash, but are you keeping them organised in a way that actually works for you? 👀 When it comes to sticker storage options there really is something for everyone and using multiple systems can make your planning and journalling so much easier. Here are some of our favourite choices!
1. Sticker Albums
🏆 Our pick for A6 sized sticker sheets
Sticker albums are one of our best sellers and my go to recommendation for anyone starting out their sticker collection. They are great for larger collections because of the ability to flip through to find what you are looking for vs. folder type storage where the stickers are in stacks you sort through.
You can also store multiple sheets in a single pocket if you need to! I store all of my laptop stickers in one sleeve, all of my laundry stickers in another, etc. This method only really works when you know what stickers you have, so if you are prone to forgetting I would recommend storing them two to a sleeve (facing out each way).
I prefer to use our Blank Albums with the covers blank so I can see the sticker inside from the cover, but you can also decorate it with stickers to make them a little more fun! I also like putting washi tape on the spine for a little extra decoration hehe. ✨
The best part is sticker albums come in lots of different sizes and designs! You can even use larger card binders (like those made for Pokemon cards) or Sampler Sticker Albums as an easy way to store samplers and smalll-medium sized vinyl stickers.

2. Sticker Envelopes
🏆 Our pick for on the go planning
Sticker envelopes are perfect if you travel with your planner stickers a lot or if you like to keep your most used stickers separate from your larger collection.
Personally I use sticker albums for the majority of my sticker collection, but I keep my most used daily stickers in one of our Small Envelopes that stays alongside my Hobonichi A6 planner!
I also use our Large Envelopes for all of my decorative stickers that I pick up from art markets. The goal is to have different themed envelopes for different decor because how cute would a spooky envelope for all your spooky stickers be?! 👀

4. Reusable Sticker Books
🏆 Our pick for vinyl stickers
Reusable sticker books are my favourite option for vinyl stickers! The pages are made from a smooth release paper that allows stickers to be stuck down, removed, and repositioned without damaging them.
Not only does a reusable sticker book make it easy to flip through your stickers, but it also makes them easy to travel with so you can bring your collection out and about and trade stickers with friends. 👀
We prefer to use A5 sized sticker books for vinyl stickers so they can fit even our most jumbo stickers, but smaller albums like our Squish Sticker Book are great for smaller designs and travelling with your fave planner stickers.

4. Box with Dividers
🏆 Our pick for big collections
If you've got a big collection, love to organise, and love being able to flip through your stickers quickly then a storage box with dividers might be the option for you. 👀
This option requires a bit of DIY, but it's worth the effort to be able to sort larger collections! You'll need a storage box (Kmart has some great options), some A6 index/divider cards (you can also DIY these with cardstock), and a pen or label printer to title each divider. The best part is you have full control over how you sort your collection! Sort by character, activity, or shop you purchased, and simply flip to the divider you want to grab the sticker you need.
If you've got a smaller collection or you are just starting out it might be better to start off with an album or sticker envelope, but if you're a pro sticker collector and you think this might work for you don't forget you can decorate your box with stickers, washi, and even POSCA paint markers!

5. Accordion Files
With a similar vibe to sticker envelopes, accordion files are great if you like the feeling of a pocket storage system but need something larger with dividers.
Decorate a basic coloured accordion with your fave vinyl stickers to make it more fun!

At the end of the day the best sticker storage system is the one that makes you actually want to use your stickers. 😌 It doesn't matter if it's a well organised album, a cute envelope stuffed full of your faves, or a box full of stickers - there's no wrong way to store your collection as long as it works for you!
Don't be afraid to mix and match systems as your collection grows or your planning style changes, most of us have tried everything. 😂 Start with the option that you vibe with the most, have fun decorating it, and most importantly use your stickers. 👀

Omg I need to go to Kmart nowwww. I love journal crafts haha. I currently have one of your sticker albums that has been my go-to since I started journalling. I recently realised I had too many vinyls so I store them in a little box I was going to throw out but now I’m thinking I need some of those sticker envelopes to make cute themed ones haha
